Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

• The product arrives defective or damaged, or

• You received the wrong size T-Kini

To be eligible, please ensure:

• The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Tags are still attached

• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Please email us at itsfromm.b@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for your return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because each product is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong color or pattern choice

• General wear or damage after delivery

3. Processing Time

If your return or exchange is approved, we’ll notify you by email. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the item for your exchange or store credit to be processed.

4. Handmade Variations

Please note: minor differences in stitching, placement, or upcycled fabric texture are normal and part of the charm of handmade, sustainable fashion. Each piece is one-of-a-kind.
